As Bardot herself has pointed out on various occasions, iconic films stars like her simply do not exist any more. This, in part, explains the lasting fascination with Brigitte Bardot for so many people.

When you consider that she was at her most alluring and making films over half a century ago, it’s astonishing to think just how many people are still interesting in finding out all about her today.
